Help Please: FFX-2 Creature Cannot Learn Ability Using Items/Accessories
My Chocobo/Tonberry/Red Elemental can't learn Vigor from Turbo Ether but Recoil can. Although no guide or forums have ever mentioned item/accessory learning have conditions or limitations. This is just one example. Am I missing anything???

Creatures can only have 4 abilities and 4 passives at once, I believe. Check that Cho/Ton/Red aren't at 4 each. If they are, find something to remove... or live without Vigor.

Would anyone have an extra copy? I loved X and X-2 and I have not played it on steam yet! Bills are a pain.. Add me if you have an extra copy thanks for taking your time on reading this!
