i had the controller issue wich bottons B=X etc

1º-Update your Contoller, go to FF-X Config- controllers - xbox controll.
2º-Go to Steam config and go to controller-check just Xbox controller.
3º-Plug the controller, run the game and when the game in on the main menu unplug the controller and enjoy

you need to do the 3º point every time you close the game

el fallo es medianamente facil de reparar

1º- actualiza el mando,cambia la configuracion de FFX en steam y seleccionar controll de xbox
2º- ir a configuracion de steam y entrar en config de mandos, selecciona controll de xbox
3º- conectar el mando por USB y iniciar el juego, cuando ya este iniciado desconectar y jugar tranquilamente.

tienes que hacer el paso 3 siempre que cierres el juego.
