I stuck at the main menu screen

the arrow keeps going up and down. It used to happen when I alt tab the game. I just finished FFX and on my journey to FFX-2. The bug won't even allow me to go to any save or start a new game. Thank you, much appreciated

do you have a controller plugged in?
The left analog stick might not be calibrated correctly.

yah i did. I just unplugged it and the issue remained. I do have a ps4 controller plugged in when I was playing FFX, but I don't think that's the case cuz it only works with ds4 on. I have it off all the time when i am playing FFX. I also reinstalled the game, but it didn't work :(

Update: I unplug my controller and restart my pc. It works. Thank you for your help, much appreciated !

Just to throw it in there, it might help to set DS4 settings to "hide controller" sometimes, I went through the same arrow-thing a while back and it helped me! ^^ It also helps if the game gets super laggy if you Alt Tab.
