i know but i just tend to always go the default ways , keep Fighters as Fighters and keep Mages mages
good idea , i never even use aeons except for the anima fight and yojimbo vs dark aeons
who has more attack spheres on the expert grid ? wakka or auron ?
So if you turn Yuna into a face smasher, expect her Aeons to do terrible things to any enemies. And, should Aeons fail, Yuna can still smack her enemies into the Farplane using blunt force.
Another thing I like, is Kimahri as a main fighter. It is kinda nice to see him use one of his overdrives, like the kick, and a juicy 40,000~ rings out, at a time when other people may or may not be able to break 10,000(pending on build). Some of his attacks have more of a visual *pow* to them, making them look nice when they finish an enemy.
how do you get Kimahri as a Fighter ?
i always dont level him at all until i get a lvl 1 sphere to get Steal & Use for biran and yenke should i then make him go up to tidus and to auron ? ( expert grid)
Personally, I just ignore Kimahri after stealing from Yenke and Biran. He's completely uninteresting in every way.
In terms of overdrives, Wakka, Tidus, Rikku, and Auron are certainly the most useful. The first 3 in particular are basically the only ones you use against superbosses (and only against some of them) while all other overdrives are essentially useless at endgame.
The Celestial Weapons are also mostly irrelevant. There is a very slight upside on those weapons that have counterattacks, but it's really just very small. And there's always Auron's First Strike ability and Rikku's Gilionnaire, which are amazing during early endgame capturing/grinding but of no real use (or very marginal) against bosses.
You can do perfectly alright just using whatever character you want, or, alternatively, whatever character you can be bothered to unlock the CWs for. Rikku, Auron, and Yuna, for example, have some of the easiest CWs to unlock with nearly no skill required in the minigames (if there even are any). Lulu, Kimahri, and to a degree Tidus are the hardest ones. Wakka just takes a lot of time in BB.
