Nemesis not unlocking

I'm not sure if this has been asked so..

I have captured 10 of all capaturable fiends (yes I know there are two pages on some), I have defeated fiends in every Area, Species and Original Creations thrice now, without the help of aeons. I even went on to fight every single fiends in the arena twice but Nemesis is still not unlocked.

I tried leaving the calm lands, boarding the airship and return to the arena but still, Nemesis is still not unlocked.

I have already defeated all dark aeons, even Penance.

I have no idea what I did wrong, this is my last achievement for FFX :(

Capture 10 of all enemies in every area, defeat every normal monster in every area in the arena, defeat every created enemies in the arena. Talk to arena owner again and he should tell you about his new monster

Yeah i had to beat the shell shocker 3 times to unlock it, idk why.

Yeah, I captured 10 of every fiends already (I had already triple checked both pages to make sure they are all 10).

I have defeated all the creations four times now and all the captured fiends two times but Nemesis still won't appear, I tried talking to the owner after fighting the creations, coming back from the airship etc but the owner still didn't say he have a new creation.

I didn't even use any aeons to fight the creations and I had already killed all dark aeons, even Penance itself which is a pain.

Not sure if you figured it out as I had the same problem and finally got it.

What worked for me was killing all the normal monsters in each area, then killing all 7 Original creations without dying or saving (heal on sphere works) then killing all Arena species and then Special.

When I got to a certain monster and killed it, it triggered the chat about the creation!

I thought I caught all 10 fiends. After 2 days of troubleshooting, finally realised I only got 6 Gold Element fiend, from the thunder plains. Now my nemesis is overcome!

I know how frustrating it is, but please check through all the fiends counts from all areas first, then only start clearing the Species, Area and Original Creations. The game is not bugged at all.
