Ffx2 giant cactuar in cactuar tournament

Can I use the giant cactuar in the cactuar tournament and if so what's the best way to equip him

Unfortunately, you CANNOT use Jumbo Cactuar to enter the Cactuar Cup. I'm not entirely sure why, I just know it doesn't let you.

Well that sucks but what about using unlocking him then get him again and using him to farm

You can just use a small cactuar to enter the cup. Cactuar Cup doesn't have all that many special rewards, so it's probably not something you'll want to farm extensively anyway.

Jumbo Cactuar itself is okay for an L creature, but doesn't really do anything exceptional. It mostly spams Flare, and you can just get that somewhere else if you really want it.

You can use Giant alongside regular Cactuar if you use farplane to make Jumbo a M to S size creature

Some how it learned Ultima what items teach that so my biRd can learn it for demon cup

That's not a function available in the game. It can be done by an outside program that manipulates game data, so you can basically make any creature any size you want (without changing stats).

IIRC you can't teach Ultima to creatures that don't learn it on their own, but the Meggido garment grid will let any creature use Ultima if you assign it.

60 supreme gems can teach ultima to any creature
