If you need any other help you can add me and message me. I would love to help.
Dark Valefor while hard is nowhere near at the level of other Dark Aeons. Just getting everyone decent damage, a CW or two, and - most importantly - armors with Auto-Phoenix is probably enough to beat it even without excessive grinding.
not really, you can get lucky with low gil amounts too
if you cant beat the final boss you are just underlevelled , and yunas celestial weapon wont change that , maybe catch some monsters , and then fight the monster arena creations to get stronger ( you could use the don tomberry trick
the first one is irrelevant if you dont even reach the damage limit with yuna , triple overdrive isnt really needed as her overdrive only summons aeons with an overdrive, you can just fill it before a fight , double ap isnt bad but you can just get all al bhed primers and speak with rin to get enough items to put it on 3 weapons
the only useful thing really is the one mp cost , and you get 60 three stars for opening all 5 chests below remium temple , or by completing the task for earth eater , which also gives 60 and only requires capturing fiends from 2 areas , so if you do it in beaid and kilika you have it in no time
edit:
im not saying the weapon is useless , i know they have a hidden negate defense stat but if you are underleveled nirvana wont make a difference
What I did is:
1- First, I found Omega Ruins in the map (just by chance).
2- I fought the monsters there, for some time.
3- Meanwhile I captured ten of every species of Spira (except robots and golems, which cannot be caught). For that level you only need one of each, though.
4- When I had more level, I trained in the Training Camp in the Calm Lands (I think it's called like that in English, my game is in Spanish so I'm sorry if I'm wrong).
5- I discovered the tomberi trick looking for guides on the internet. Basically, consists on using Overdrive to PH and having huge tons of damage, in order to earn a lot of experience.
6- I learned Auto-Life with Tidus and Wakka, which allowed me, having some luck, to survive and win against dark valefor.
I recommend to have at least Auron with his celestial weapon, as he usually has a lot of strenght and inflicts a good amount of damage. You'll need to raise his accuraccy in order to hit DV, unless you use his Overdrive.
I hope this helps.
that doesnt work , once you defeat seymour in macalania and bevelle you cant go back to besaid so if you go back to hunt fiends you will bump into dark valefor already, for aurons sphere its best to go back right after fighting the sphere boss ni macalania
