Tips on final fantasy x-2 blitzball?

Just had to restart because it seemed 1 person was injured and i couldnt hire anyone.
I dont really get it, i just want that ap egg :/
Can anyone give me tips on which character to focus training on first and which abillity?

Do enemies level with you? So if you screw up early it will wreck your lategame blitzball?

If you just want AP Eggs, it's probably easiest to repeatedly fight in the Fiend World Cup. AP Egg is one of the random rewards that appear after beating it 4 times, and with a good team it takes no time at all - plus there's also other accessories to win that might be useful.

After fiddling a bit i figured out to just focus skilling on the main characters, put them in front row/middle row and just focus skilling them and later on exchanging all the other characters as i got scout lvl 2. now i upgrade them all and focus on the main characters tough.

Does the egg drop more than once? Or is it only once per playtrough or complete save?

Just to clarify, I'm not talking about Blitzball, I'm talking about the Creature Creator.

All the accessory rewards there can be farmed in infinite amounts, including the AP Egg.
