Advanced Sphere Grid?
When I make new save files I always use the Standard one, but is the Advanced Sphere Grid harder to do? Are there just more nodes, or more locks? Sorry for the childish posts that I made in the past. I'll try to be more mature :(

The difference is mainly in how the character paths are designed. On the Standard Grid, each character has a very clear path to go down, with little opportunity to go somewhere else. On the Expert Grid, there's still paths of a sort, but there's lots of interconnections so you can switch much more easily to a different part of the Grid.

The Standard Grid actually has a few more nodes total, but that's pretty much irrelevant.

Expert grid lets you have alot more freedom, but you can also mess up if you dont know what you are doing, you can move tidus to auron or rikkus section really easily, and at 2 points you can also send yuna to rikku, so the game expects you to know which abilities belong to which character, one thing i did once was move yuna to aurons section through rikku and tidus' and let kimahri who was on rikkus path finish white mage

Its also easy to make yuna a hybrid mage on expert, she even is the better black mage at some points

Personally I find the best thing about the Grid to be a full attack power Yuna, since that turns her Aeons into absolute monsters very early on. You can literally oneshot some of Belgemine's Aeons when she tests you during the story.

But it's also fun to just be non-standard for a change, and have a healer Auron or attacker Lulu.

a black mage rikku would be fun too

I was thinking about making Tidus a healer the next time I make a new save file. I had Rikku as one temporarly, but it didn't feel right to me. She was also really underlevelled :(
