Best way to get Phoenix Down?
I resumed my old save of FFX. I'm in the endgame grinding AP with Don Tonberry. I just don't remember where to get/buy phoenix down to use with auto phoenix

all stores sell them and you can also steal them from condor and ghost , the canon Machina in Zanarkand can also drop them ( they have a 87.5 % drop rate)
