Aeon stats grow with Yuna's progression as well so maybe you leveled her nicely.
i only finished yunas normal path , strength wise yuna is very weak she just has 5 strength and shiva has 42 , yet her overdrive always is OP , even against Anima right after you obtain her shiva is able to deal insane damage( i think even 9999 )
Outside of specific challenge runs, though, aeons are mostly meatshields at endgame, used to block party-wipe attacks. The only aeons you might find yourself using are Anima and Magus Sisters, because they have massive multi-hit attacks that can potentially be useful in some special circumstances. In Anima's case there's also Pain, which is probably the most efficient way to kill the I'm-immune-to-everything flan in the Monster Arena.
