Where's Dona? (post game)

Hey guys,
So I'm currently doing post game stuff because why not, more content's all good, so I was going to see Clasko for the Friend Sphere, and then I thought "hey, I should go see Dona".
If you talk to her after rescuing her from Home, she asks you if you think it'd be okay for her to quit her pilgrimage. If you answer "sounds good to me", you can see an additional scene with Barthello and her at Djose Temple. If you say "who cares" or something like that, you will run into her at the Zanarkand Ruins. It's actually the same if you don't talk to her at all, she goes on her pilgrimage.

On my first playthrough, I told her "sounds good to me", and after some post game stuff, I found her in front of Djose Temple.

A new playthrough, I think I told her the same, or maybe I didn't talk to her, then I beat the crap out of Dark Valefor and so I went to Djose Temple to see my pal Ixion, but she's nowhere to be seen! I checked Zanarkand to see if she was there... and nothing!

What's happening?! Where is she?! Had something similiar happened to you?
I know it's not that important but it's freaking me out. haha

I don't remember which choice I used but I'm pretty sure I met them when I revisited Zanakard.
And you will see them again if you play FFX-2.

If you tell her "Sounds good to me" she'll be at Djose saying that she and Barthello go away to somewhere quiet.

If you tell her "Who cares?" you'll meet her in Zanarkand before the tetris puzzle room wondering where the final aeon is.
