The Doublecast Ability

Is Lulu the only one that can use Doublecast?

No. Eventually everyone can access every part of the sphere grid and acquire all abilities. You just need to keep leveling up and get enough key spheres. If you're playing with the standard sphere grid, Doublecast is on Lulu's path, but eventually others can get there too.

when will others be able to use it. I had enough spheres for Lulu to get the ability. Also gave it to Yuna but she can not use it. When will she be ab;e to use it?

Doublecast ONLY works with black magic spells. It doesn't work with white magic. If you don't have any black magic spells on Yuna, then that's why she can't do anything with double cast. Once you do, she will be able to use it just the same way as Lulu.

Well it would of be pretty cool if it did work with white magic.I would be so much quicker to heal everyone.

im not an expert , but isnt quickpockets like that , letting you quickly use two healing items

When i got double-cast the very first time i was disappointed that you can not use it for anything but black magic. At that point my Lulu was decently strong but the downsides of magic started to show.

In what way would that apply to pray? You heal 9999 each character - still only a single spell.

Using one Healing Water also heals the party for 9,999. No real need for double action, or fancy combos like Trio.
