I cant get achivement Bribe 30 Times

i have used bribe 30 times at 0 gil, but the archivement has not appear :( how fix it

btw i use cheat skill for this, i got archivement rikku steal but not bribe, im in calm land

I believe the one you're refering to is an achievement for X-2, not X.

Under the Table requires you to spend 100,000 gil in bribes in X.

Excellent Negotiator requires you to bribe 30 times using the Lady Luck DS in X-2 (and I do believe it needs to be above 0 gil)

yes excellent negotiator that was i find, im playing ff x :') so useless i just try and try and not happen, ty for replying
