In-game Cheats?

Wasn't there a ingame cheat thing? I remember when i first bought this pulling up a menu that gave like 99 of every item and a bunch of others but like, where'd it go.

yeah there are some cheat with F1, F2, etc... (like speedhack, god mode, etc...)
and others things in the menu (like all items, etc...)

the all item cheat ( and some others are found when pressing esc outside of menu's

the other Cheats are on F1-F4
