Aurochs Reel

I think i know the requierements i am supposed to meet before i can get Wakkas last Reel, i had 250 fights when i was 25 or somethign hours in and got the 2nd last reel for him. After the Aurochs Reel did not pop up i went monsterhunting, now 25more hours have passed, i got most of the monster in most of the areas 10 times but i still don`t get the Aurochs Reel as a price.

Is there any thing i am missing? I mean i am certain i got more than 200 fights since i got th second last reel, i used wakka in most of the fights because one of the google answers for my question suggest i should use him in the fights.
Last blitzball game i made was for the second last reel for wakka, now i am basicly "pre match one" of a new league season, prices seem to shift/vary every time i go to the "blitzballstadium", i even tried resetting the blitzball progress but that also did not result in the "aurochs reel" as a price.

Would really love some advice, i thought i would get wakkas weapon first, now i got 3 weapons already and will start to hunt those cursed black bestia in the near future.

The Aurochs Wheel does not appear in the league but in the tournament. And I'm pretty sure you need to own the Aurchos Wheel before you can get the sigil for Wakka's celestial weapon.

I think the order is:
1. Attack/2nd wheel in tournament
2. Status/3rd wheel in league (minimum 250 battles total before it appears and you need to own attack wheel)
3. Aurchos wheel in tournament (minimum 450 battles total before it can appear and Wakka has to own the 3rd wheel)
4. Sigil for Wakka's celestial weapon in league (Wakka needs all wheels)

Note that the prizes are random and that you might have to reload several times before the desired prize appears. And in your case the tournament prize are probably already set, so you either need to play to the tournament (3 games is not that long). Or if you didn't start it you can make the current tournament disappear and then make appear a new one by touching a save sphere often enough. I think about 4-6 times to make it disappear and then again 4-6 times to make it reappear.

i had a tournament started and thougt the wheel its the price for a leadue, i did not bother getting the tournament done. thanks alot i will try finishing the tournament and hopefully get the aurochs wheel in the next tournament.
