Bottom tool bar dossent go away at start up?

I stat the game in full screen and my bottom tool bar dosent go away is that supposed to happen or should it go away? I messed with settings and screne functions but it dident fix it.

Do you mean the Windows task bar? If you have Windows 10, try restarting Windows Explorer. It sometimes bugs out and forces the bar into the foreground, restarting Explorer will usually do the trick. To restart it, go to Task Manager (ctrl+shift+ESC), select Windows Explorer in the list (under "Windows Processes") and press the button labeled "Restart".

Alternatively, it could be an issue with full screen mode, which can probably be remedied by using UnX (see thread on this forum), which you may want to use anyway since it adds a lot of nifty features.
