[SOLVED] Cant claim Twitch Prime Loot!
Hi, there are 4 Uniforms available on Twitch Prime right now.
I always enjoyed getting stuff from Twitch Prime! But this time I ran into a problem.

When I want to recieve the Uniforms, twitch wants me to link my Uplay account to the Twitch Account, but they are already linked.

When I want to link them again it tells me "Oops, something went wrong!" without any indications whats the problem.

Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks alot!

EDIT:

After googeling for about 30 Minutes I found the issue. For some reason the Ubisoft homepage doenst load on Google Chrome or Firefox.

When I tried to link them with Microsoft Edge it worked perfectly and I got my items.

Fix that Ubi.

Hi,

Yeah we have had some reported issues with interactions between Ubisoft and Chrome, if you try the steps here it should help in the future: {LINK REMOVED}

If anyone else runs into this issue in the future, I found adblock to be the culprit. I fixed it by whitelisting the ubisoft link page, and it worked fine after that.
