Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Why are people always rushing in this game??
ok i admit i am new to the game , but no one is treating siege as a tactical shooter , i have seen people play CSGO with more planing and patience , even when playing terrorist hunt people are rushing through the whole ordeal , finishing the hunt in 3 minutes with half the team dead in the process and no special abilities used by the team.
the very first day i ran the game i saw a discussion about people running when they are using Caveira's special ability , but then i did not know the fact is people are rushing the game, this is not COD , so why people play this game like they are playing call of duty?? no planning no waiting no laying traps or anything , ppl just rush through , i don't get it why people payed for this when they had COD for that playstyle??
I am too disappointed by buying the game, don't get me wrong though the game is great but people are playing it mostly wrong.
just in the last match i killed a teammate by accident because i saw an enemy and waited for him to reload so i can shoot him , then this guy rushes through the exact same spot i am shooting :| , then kills me the next round, which i don't know why he did it , because of the last round or because i tried to plan my attack instead of waltzing through barricades and dying like every one else, which instead i get killed on purpose by a teammate in fact :/ :winter2019neutralbulb:
Can anyone clarify the reason??

Because some people get bored of waiting and want to have fun and not have 5h matches

This is about e-sports not tactical shooter

5h match?? how a 3 minute match would be fun then?

While most rush ops are extremely easy characters to learn, actually rushing takes extreme map knowledge/gamesense to know where enemies will be holed up in. Their rollouts are usually strategic in some way. Your teammates are dumb for running into your line of fire, but aggressive plays on defense also prevent the enemy from taking too much ground from you and being allowed their own living space right outside of objective. Early picks also reduce their teampush potential.
You also should practice better trigger discipline as I sincerely doubt you were in the middle of firing off half your mag when your teammate ran in your way.

People don’t like waiting for CSGOPro84 to get all 8 lesion mines in every entry way so he can get free kills. So they rush and kill him while he’s busy shooting random paintings to try and make a pixel peak that he can hold the entire game

well i was aiming when he started running , but he wasn't even in the same room when i was being shot at , and like i said i was cautiously avoiding the enemy fire waiting for a moment to strike , i had just revived my team mate so he was on low health , as i was too , so if i had rushed in too , we both would have been killed by the AI , and i am not saying its easy to rush in , but going in with full force resulting in failure would not be fun , specially doing it every time and losing again and again with the same tactic , take article 5 as an example , you can't see further than ten meters in the yellow mist , and you have to defend the disarming of two bombs , and people just run through the barrier , set up the defuser with out telling others and then waves of enemies come through for the defuser and kill every one, the rushing in might work when playing with human players in multiplayer , but when against AI , every time ppl rush , every teammate gets killed eventually, let's not forget the abilities, no one using them is another sign the ppl are playing COD not siege

i didn't get a word you wrote , did not get you agree with my opinion or disagree , but like i said i didn't mean a 5h match , taking two extra minutes and breaching 2 doors would suffice for me , but when ppl breach the first door and every one goes in the same door , and 2 minutes later i am the last player alive and i get killed because every AI know where i am , is not fun in my opinion, and like i said , this isn't COD , if ppl like rushing why they choose a Tactical Shooter???
this is the part i am talking about , you don't go plan your moves in COD Multiplayer , the same is here , they made siege as a Tactical Shooter , don't blame me for trying to play it as what it is

And to clear things up i am not a pro player when it comes to multiplayer , but i do think ppl can respect my opinion too

I thought you were talking about the actual game and not terrorist hunt which has the worst AI I have seen in my entire life. I am genuinely sorry that you have problems killing these in a team THunt match and hope you eventually can get over that hurdle

I never played co-op T-hunt so I don't know how people act in this mode. On the other hand, rushing in ranked - or even in casual - is a pretty bad idea considering the current meta, except if there's a huge difference of level or if you know where are defenders.

This game is not a tactical shooter like ubi told us, it feels more of an arcadish fps with special ops and some little basic tactics added to it (just like CSGO but with ops, I even find CSGO more tactical by now)

I've always seen rushing as a really useful tactic if you have good team coordination and communication. Using it every round is ineffective, but pulling it out at the right time and you can do some real damage.

i get what you say , the AI suc*s but the games health system is what makes the AI effective , i just played some matches , there are ppl playing matches with planning so seems those who play terrorist hunt are most rushers

yup the IF is the key word , and it also depends how the opposite team plays too

I am sorry then Rainbow Six Siege is not for you. Atleast Multiplayer. Its simply not the gameplay you are looking for. You may wanna try SWAT 4 or older Tom Clancy games :)
