Since the morning, every time I log into the game, I get the phrase "could not be matched with cloud. I verified the integrity of the file, I opened my Ubisoft account from the application and the internet address, I turned off the PC and turned it on, but it is not happening, unfortunately, can you please help about this issue?
There is an ongoing degradation with the Ubisoft Connect servers that are affecting certain games, one of those affected is Rainbow Six Siege, this started happening earlier today and we are currently working on resolving this now.
This means you will be unable to connect to Siege whilst this is ongoing. We are hoping to fix this ASAP, for any updates please keep checking these two links -

The server issue should now be resolved, and Rainbow Six Siege is fully online once again :)
I appreciate we don't have any Turkish operators yet, and this is wanted by many players! Our R6S team have a plan for the upcoming content, so we'll see what the future holds :)
