Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

NO Audio
There is no volume while in game. I tried deleting and reinstalling, that was no help. The Problem appeared out of nowhere a few months ago "December". I have just about 400 hours on pc and purchased nearly every elite skin. It would help if somebody could fill me in on the problem. Also I reset my in game audio to default setting and that was no help.

Hello GetRippedInHalf!

I'm sorry to hear you're having sudden sound issues, we'd be more than happy to work towards getting things back up and running as normal with you!

Can you please confirm the following;
- Your audio output device (headset model, speakers, etc)
- Are there any changes when using a different output device?
- Have you tried verifying the game's files[ubi.li]?
- Is your Windows Default Output Sound[support.microsoft.com] device your current in-game device?

Thank you!

- Ubisoft Support
Yes I did all basic trouble shooting. It happened after a update and I have failed to figure out the problem. I tried all the options you have provided.

Hey there.

Sorry to hear the issue has persisted. Would you be able to submit your system files to us on a support case please?

You can reach us either through the support website[support.ubi.com] by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook[en-gb.facebook.com] and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

MSInfo[support.ubisoft.com]
DxDiag[support.ubisoft.com]

Thanks.
