Hey I'm having the same issue and posted a discussion about 2 days ago. Ubi responded but after a clean reboot of windows it still didn't work. Did this start happening to you after the latest siege update? That's when my issue began so maybe there's a correlation
Hey there folks.
This issue is most commonly caused by a background application being detected as a false positive by BattlEye so I would recommend attempting a clean boot[http//%26quot%3Bhttps] first of all. If this still doesn't help then please try the following:
1) Scan your system for viruses/trojans/spyware and check your RAM for possible defects (using tools like Memtest86). If that doesn’t help, the game’s installation on your harddisk is possibly corrupted – therefore, try to reinstall the game.
2) Do you use the Windows Insider Build? If so can you please test if this issue occurs without it?
3) Please follow our Battleye TS:
o Use newest version of BattlEye
o Whitelist BEService.exe and BEService64.exe in firewall
o Make sure BELauncher has admin rights[http//%26quot%3Bhttps]
o Search for windows updates and make sure your system is up to date.
If after attempting all of these steps you're still experiencing the same issue then we would like to request your system files.
You can reach us either through the support website[support.ubi.com] by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook[en-gb.facebook.com] and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:
MSInfo[support.ubisoft.com]
DxDiag[support.ubisoft.com]
Thanks.

Please also give this a try but please do attempt every other step above first. Since my last post I have raised this with the development team as I have been able to find a few other reports that this has resolved the issue for some players. Thanks again for reporting this to us!

I've tried uninstalling and installing two times and I've verified file integrity quite a few times I've even went to uninstall Battleye then reinstall and put BEService_x64 into compatibility mode windows 7 which usually fixes the problem but I guess I'm a special case.
(I also have the newest Nvidia driver installed which could be the issue but im unsure).
IF ANYONE PLEASE COULD HELP I'D REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!
