walk in ships?

Q: Can someone who has Odyssey and someone you doesn't still be able to play together?
Q: Can I walk around in my ship?
Q: will there be any sorts of plant life on planets?

the main question is will we be able to walk in and out of our ships as pleased.. and how would multi crew work? and can we roam inside of our ship... etc etc walk around... otherwise this update is gonna feel halfassed when it releases, since kickstarter you promised offline mode and never delivered so i don't have my hopes up that this odyssey thing is gonna be a nice but not good enough.... and no " Solo Mode " is not offline mode..

wait... how is solo mode not offline mode? i mean it still requires an internet connection because it needs to load all of the player fleet carriers, other that that i don't understand why solo mode is not doing what it promised, being able to explore the galaxy without seeing other CMDRs. I just think it's a waste because then you cannot contact the fuel rats.

I mean, coming from someone who has a Cyberpunk avatar doesn't mean much...

I just hope we will be able to walk on our ship, and maybe do minor stuff inside the ship, like repairs or manage some systems, or just sleep and eat... i highly doubt that, since it was never mentioned before... oh well, another huge disappointment... i'm looking at you Cyberpunk...

We will have some actual gameplay with walking instead.

I wonder if we'd ever get second/more commander slots. i'd love to have a secondary commander to start over with, maybe even go into pirating things off npcs, without having to do a 180 on the lawfulnes of my miner/hauler. or being able to go exploring the uncharted space while being able to get back into my char in the bubble every once in a while to keep motivation up.

I'm more interested in walking in my Ships.

Ok, everything looks and sound great but I'm keeping my standards low and not hype myself. Other updates were a mess and even the most recent (Fleet carriers) was a bit of a ♥♥♥♥ show.

I still would like to know about VR!
I play the game in VR and i am not going to be able to play this new FPS content.
I is going to be a pain in the X to have to switch from VR client to normal client every time i need to exit the ship.
So will this update kill VR in this game?

Are we gonna see Thargoids close up and personal?

When you will be on foot, a virtual flat screen with the game on it will be projected into your VR headset, so you don't need to take it off, but can keep playing.
