You bought for Horizons to enjoy access the additional content that was being delivered while it was in development through the years and down the line. And you've probably had your time already measured and spent in accordance with your purchase through the last 5 years. What's the problem of releasing it free years later?
For example min is for 30fps 720p medium/low quality?
Recommended for 60fps 1080p/2k medium/high?
I don't see the reason behind all this increase of specs anyway... It's more like they force it for nvidia and amd to have a reason to exist...
