If you like a game play it.
If you don't like a game, don't play it.
Its a pixel spaceship toy.
It really is that simple. The game is not broken or dead or anything like that. Its an older game, getting close perhaps to the end of its cycle. Its a game that attracts a certain subset of gamer that is happy to indulge in a surprisingly complex open ended sand box game.
The new content has been very enjoyable and kept me coming back most days to fly around, explore, go out and raid settlements and all sorts of other fun things.
I get that some gamers become bored of a game. I have become bored of many over the years - its kinda inevitable eventually. However, when that happens - move on. Find something new that you are interested in. Don't wallow around moaning and trying to interfere with other gamers that are still enjoying the game.
Too many people are severely criticising a game that they have 1000+ hours in. If the game was bad, why the hell did you invest all that time in it? You got your money's worth. Move on.
Get a life.
Well, no one else is going to make it because its their game. They own it.
not a single soul knows what it is. biggest change in the game since launch and nobody can even know, what a joke! negative reviews all around for this. same line for over a year now. so much for transparency.
Sorry you gave me a good laugh on that. You are "investigating" major updates? (Never read any critics of the game?)
How about finally implemeting major updates?
This game, right now feels like a "minimum viable product"
Some people decided to call it "dead", but it's only dead for those people. People who like it - play it just fine.
I don't think closing off something that player can get invested in is good move, maybe prop up the community driven aspects of the game more since *ACTUALLY* getting any kind of involved in the BGS is damn near impossible without looking up an article on what the heck it is or how to get involved.
