I'll return to ED when it remembers it's a game about spaceships, not a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ FPS.

Edit: surprisingly run ok, it's playable; planet surfaces right now and I get 40 to 50+fps all to ultra... turns out terrain quality in ultra for capture drops me at 30fps and less, the thing is the game does not tell you you need to restart for this setting to be changed, so watch out, there may be other graphic settings with the same problem.

I've also deleted the files in the graphics folder located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics; definitely seems it did something.

Ultra_for_capture needs to be optimized, this is where the planets tech really shine.

Oh nooooooooo you can't do that Frontier, why are your graphic and level designers fixing models and levels and QoL instead of *just* fixing critical performance bugs ? Clearly you aren't listening to us ! I better complain on this thread !

I am not able anymore to get camera suite working. My keybind is sill correct but I can't view my ship neither my character. I press my bounded key for but nothing happens at all.

Passengers missions explain text of the passengers to read is too small, nobody can read it in such size.

Still some lags loading missions board.

There are new setting in main menu for network problems and on foot missions to configure they not mention the new network and delelte character addions.

Some colors of the ships still looking like the put inside a green or blue colorpot and not having the colors inside the mini pics. There is also in horizion a nice animation if you change color in display. Here in EDO you just see nothing for about 2-3 seconds and then the wrong color will display.

But the main problem is the not working access for the camera suite to view for me at the moment.

This is the worst idea ever. Guards are SUPPOSED to run around with their rifles ready, just like they did before. Why should their holster their rifle and take out their pistol to "investigate?" That makes absolutely no sense. Who asked for that? This is a stupid change.
Non-guards already only have their pistol so they just draw what they have. I need to see this change ingame and hope it's just badly written. If this change has been made because people were complaining that they can't kill the soldiers fast enough when they already drew their rifles, well boohoo, get better at stealthing... seriously guys, the game is not difficult.

A lot of the performance issues are about too much vram being used and too many calls on the GPU. So people with beefier GPUs that just edge out the Vram needs will never see an issue. Not having enough RAM or Vram will always make for the worst performance dips. So yes it is very much possible that the people with 12 or 16GB vram because they bought the latest and greatest recently legitimately do not see these issues. They are, however, not representative of the general player population, and neither is having such a beefy GPU in relation to any of the system requirements.

So update: Pressing camera suite button will freeze all other buttons until you press camera suite button again. So you even can't get docking persmissions or whatever if you by accident pressed your configured button.

Then the game got a hard crash again and anytime the crash reporter or elite dangerous exe file is reported as maleware thread by my virus scanner. Wow that's nice and he try to delete the infected main file each time.
