FDev includes "fixes" like changing some HUD color, which is literally jut changing a small part of one line of code, so that the patchlist looks much longer.
If they had a Quality Control in the first place ... which I heavily doubt, considering the insane amount of really trivial and stupid bugs / problems in Odyssey.
Didn't FDev say that VR will not be supported (worked on) any longer?
I still haven't found the required materials for upgrading any suits or weapons.

This is a take of many people who don't know how such things work. QA departments are always the first ones to be blamed or see claims they do nothing. But many games have hundreds if not thousands of known issues even when developers believe the game is in a good enough state to stop supporting them. Pretty much always it's up to management to assess whether they believe the product is in a good enough state to be released, not up to QA. They can only raise alarms, but that doesn't always work.
