Nowt wrong with Intel, I have an Intel high-end custom built system and it struggles with nothing.
This setup in the competition however...

The more I look at this thread, the more I remember why I hate a lot of PC gamers.

Sure you had a better computer in 2018. Great. Some of us don't want to spend the money to upgrade our computer every couple of years. I personally prefer to upgrade my computer every 6-8 years as I don't find the upgrades worth the money when it's a lot less than that.

I think the biggest thing I dislike about it is the 250 GB SSD. Which for those who wish to delete games quite often isn't a terrible size but it's not something i'd be comfortable with. With modern games I'd rather not use the 1 TB HDD for much of anything other than random storage.

Other than that the specs aren't top of the line, but they are more than enough for a gaming computer.

I got to the i5 bit and stopped. That was 2 generations ago.

This pc would barely run elite dangerous lol. And it definitely would NOT be able to handle VR. They have to be trolling or something. Would this pc even be capable of an overclock with the bogus cooling solution? C'mon. This has to be a joke or something. 250 gigs is literally enough for the OS and maybe 1 or 2 games. The specs of this pc are behind even a 5 year old rig at this point, and I would know because the 5 year old rig I just replaced would run circles around this thing.

no, not at all. the pc is better than some people will currently own, not everyone can afford to have the best pc + this will run elite and most games very well.

its better than what i have some of the comments here are embarrassing, seems to be a generation of spoiled brats that think its cool to be rude. peoples attitudes went downhill when parents could no longer give their kids a slap for being a ****. lol

Not Really Example my pc is prob worth if inclulding before upgrade 4k and max maybe 10k something and specs are A quad 1080 ti 2 from old pc and 2 that came with it with an i7 and ram 64 with 1t c drive and 4tb storage with another one and that just by earning my own money so not everyone are spoiled brats some i think earn there money idk who but I do but point is not everyone and ik you said some and its true it is sad but When i was younger i got spoiled alot.. man i feel too much and were not rich were prob in mid weathly maybe bit down now but still not bad but i do get what you mean but this how it is from when the 1990+ well more like 1999+ it always been like that and worse

Everyone talking smack about the giveaway are selfishly egotistical. The amount of people here talking that load think they are fans but still would fill this place up happily with their nonsense. A fan of Elite could be out there and have a PC that probably won't even run the game. They might still have the desire to one day play this game. With this giveaway that person might get that chance and he'll become elite and he'll soon tell his friends all about Elite. People like that might appreciate greatly to get that opportunity. And I would be very happy with that.
