The solution is to downgrade your Adrenalin to 22.5.1. Anything higher than that version will give you problems when approaching a planet.

Just wanted to clarify that there's no need at this stage to roll back to this older driver version. The most recent version (Adrenalin 23.5.2) shouldn't suffer from this issue!

my problem since the legacy update i cant go back to legacy where my 200h playsafe is, i never install horizont but know i must update to legacy but it doesnt start the update to legacy. its freeze the download

It doesn't freeze - it only looks like it's frozen. It checks all your already installed files to see what is different, to download only those differences. If you don't have the game installed on a fast NVMe drive, it may take a while, even hours. During this time the game launcher looks like it's unresponsive. You can see that your hard drive indicator light is almost constantly lit.

Just let it finish, and after the preparation it will switch to downloading.
