Just purchased game but login cant be found?
Can't login to my account despite just purchasing the game. Getting these error messages

Login Failure: The game failed to communicate with the authentication server. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes.

Login Lost: We have logged you out of the game because your account is not currently available. Please try again shortly.

Anyone else getting a similar problem?

Yes me too been trying to figure this out since last night. Tried disabling firewall and antivirus. Did the flushdns. Tried running launcher as admin. Basically everything. I think its a deluxe edition launcher issue they need to fix.

having exactly the same issue. downloaded yesterday and tried to launch today and getting the same message.

I've linked Steam account to Frontier, disabled firewalls, re started the router and tried most of the tips looking back at older posts. tried this morning and still getting the login failure message.
Are regular players getting this issue? or just people like me who have downloaded the game recently.

Nope. Have you restarted Steam since you linked the accounts? Sometimes that's needed to give Steam authentication servers a nudge.

Have you filled out your address details on your Frontier account? I remember that used to be required, though I've no idea if it still is?

not restarted my Steam account. will give it a try. Yes filled out all the details on the frontier account also.

Nope, not yet. Gave up on it after I sent the support ticket.

day 3 and still no change if i dont receive a response within the week ill probably refund my steam purchase tbh. its really starting to piss me off

I'm in the same boat. Bought the game yesterday through Fanatical. Got a Steam code. Redeemed. Linked Steam to my existing Frontier account (I played Elite on Xbox years ago). Can launch the game but it tells me it cannot talk to the authentication server and kicks me out.

Sent a support ticket.

Did you ever get a reply back? I gifted my friend the game on steam and he's having a similar issue, nothing is working...
