Your best option here would be another ticket I'm afraid. Raise it under your current email address quoting the above ticket number for us to refer to, and we'll be able to get you sorted.
You've got the auto email confirmation response, they'll have it. Don't worry.
It can sometimes take 48-72 hours for an actual response.
In the mean time, start a thread saying what your issue is. There's a good chance you could find help with your issue from users here, or on the official forums.
