How to view a support ticket submitted to Frontier?
I just submitted a ticket about losing access to my email, but how the F I'm supposed to view this ticket?

After submitting it, website just displayed a ticket ID, but I can't see anywhere where I could put this number. And I didn't send them my new email, so I don't know if they will even be able to contact me. I thought you could view these tickets even without logging in, there has to be a way, right? I'm beginning to lose hope. :cozycastondeath:

You should have received a response by now, and so long as you provided a current email, we'll have made the response to this.
If you've not heard back, please post your ticket number here and I'll take a look : )

Unfortunately I didn't provide my current email, here is my ticket number: 237350

Is there any way I could send my new email without opening a new ticket?

Hi. Please excuse the late response.
Your best option here would be another ticket I'm afraid. Raise it under your current email address quoting the above ticket number for us to refer to, and we'll be able to get you sorted.

Hello, yesterday, on 28/09/2024, I submitted a ticket and received an email from your support team confirming that they have received my support request. My ticket number is 259153. I would like to ask whether your team has received and is processing it, as I am eagerly awaiting your response, but I have not received any further emails from your team. Thank you in advance!

You've got the auto email confirmation response, they'll have it. Don't worry.

It can sometimes take 48-72 hours for an actual response.

In the mean time, start a thread saying what your issue is. There's a good chance you could find help with your issue from users here, or on the official forums.

Thank you for letting me know. I’ve gone through posts on Steam, Reddit, and other places, and I finally decided to submit a ticket for help because that’s the only way I can continue playing. The thing is, I play on Epic Games, and I had no idea that version 4.0 had been out for so long. I only knew I was playing version 3.8, and it was only recently that I found out on Reddit that version 4.0 existed and that 3.8 is no longer supported. It's strange that when you download the game from Epic, version 3.8 is the default instead of 4.0, so many players on Epic, including myself, didn’t know about this. Yesterday was the first time I downloaded version 4.0 on Epic, and I found out that my data in version 4.0 wasn’t up to date like in 3.8 but was from an old year. That’s why I’m hoping they can help me by copying all my data from version 3.8 to version 4.0, as I love this game and want to continue playing Elite Dangerous for a long time
