Bounty scanning profile analyzer

Hi,

Scanned a bounty with the profile analyzer and the entire settlement turned against me?

This makes no sense. I reveal a person in the settlement has a bounty, keep in mind I didn't even make any aggressive moves and the target and all nearby guards became hostile. AFTER they started shooting at me I retaliated (only against the target which had the bounty) which I assume then triggered the remainder of the settlement to become hostile?

Funny thing, you can kill that person you analyzed without any fine but anyone else who's shooting at you will give you a bounty on your head for killing "innocent" people. Oh boy had I fun the first time that happend to me. since then I stoped scanning people because even guards can have bounties on their heads.

The devs lack all forms of logic with this game. A lot of the bounty stuff makes no sense.
