ED Launcher scaling issue solution

Right click on your launcher (EDLaunch.exe in the game folder)

Select Properties
Select Compatibility Tab > Change high DPI settings
Check the box "Use this setting to fix scaling problems..."
In the box "Use the DPI that's set for my main display when" set to "I open this program"
In the "High DPI scaling override box " select the check box and set to "System"

Click OK, OK

Fairly sure there's some settings for DPI in win 7 too, idr where tho, sorry.

Apparently after April 2019, the launcher is built into Steam, so some of use don't have the external launcher. So this fix can't be addressed that way.

Yeah, no.
April '19 was when keys were removed from steam; has nothing to do with the launcher.

The fix applies to edlaunch.exe in the game folder; i have now clarified this so people won't misunderstand that again.
