Have you ever made a mistake? Yes! I made a mistake when setting up the system by mistakenly selecting the satellite relay station. I placed it on the wrong planet. !!

1. Why can't the system architect cancel or tear down the construction project??

2. Wouldn't it be helpful if, when selecting construction projects, you could see not just a small section of the station you want to build, but rather a 3D model as a preview, like with customization??

3. What I'm thinking about further would be prefabricated layouts, e.g., for Alliance-related or Empire-related construction objects, i.e., with different construction styles.??

4. A more precise description. E.g., for Hermes, Angelia, Eirene.
Because Eirene is a scientific facility. with the satellites... And that brings us back to point 1!! WE CAN'T CORRECT THE ERRORS, please could we ADJUST this?

I crashed a couple of days ago because i fell asleep while landing.
Is that mistake enough?

Actually lost bio samples becaue the idjet i am, i forgot i had them.

Never actually crashed a ship before. And from what i can hazily remember, i wasn't going that fast.
Now the planet is classed as "Slightly higher high metal content"

Thanx for bringing that up. I'm finding Colonization a bit confusing and am trying to proceed slowly. I have more questions than answers at this point.

Mistakes. Oh the mistakes I've made
Fell asleep while on my way to Colonia. Entered the atmosphere of a planet full throttle and smacked my DBX around so hard I was hanging by a thread. Survived and realized that coffee is an integral part of Elite Dangerous.

Beware high gravity planets !!!
Even with 1.2 G you can have problems if you don't care.

Just keep flying, it'll sort itself out if keep at anything it seems in this game.
...reading guides, using inara, asking for help in the community and watching vids on stuff are all solid plans when want to get serious about optimizing a grind for something etc though.

I had something similar happen. I was trying to locate some shroom and I kept dozing off only to wake up to sparks and beeps and all sorts of sounds as my ship was kissing the ground. I managed to survive, but yea, it was very boring scouring the ground for this specific shroom.

the only way to not make a mistake, is to sit the bench. otherwise, step up to the plate and have fun. all part of the game.

but you also have those mistakes of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. ship trying to interdict me got too close to the base and started pulling fire. I was in the way.....no shields....and now i'm down to 27% ship health, and can't repair (fines....). limp back to the carrier and make another run.
