How long frontier support take?

I've submitted a ticket as my original frontier account is with a now inaccessible email address. How long do they generally take to respond?

Usually up to 72 hours. But in critical matters like being unable to play it can be even in a day. Keep in mind the weekend, though.

Make sure that you didn't create a bug report but a support ticket.

Yeah 2 to 3 days usually, not including weekends. Account specific things like this tend to be quicker, but aren't always (they might need you to prove you're the original account owner for instance).

Have you tried the "Sign in through Steam" option in the launcher? It might just bypass the whole thing... Assuming your accounts were already linked...
