If you are seeing that in Steam, reach out to Steam Support.
If you are seeing that in the Elite Dangerous Launcher, contact Frontier Support.
IF ingame: Ingame - Options - Network - Network Connector <- make sure it's the right one.
IF launcher: super old issue that may have to do with .net missing updates and it is best to contact support.
cheers
Please send us a support ticket via: https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new and our team will take a look.

Most commonly this occurs as a result of having your Steam account linked to a different Frontier account than that against which your game key was redeemed.
Your best bet is to raise a support request so we can take a look.

Try to use a working VPN and see if it will fix the issue.
VPN didn't help
That link won't work anyway. There's not supposed to be a space in it... All it does is "https://customersupport" which is useless. Everything after the space gets ignored.
Try this one:

If that doesn't work, you're having some weird network issues.
And unless you want to be bombarded with tons of spam, remove your email adress from the post.
