CREDIT Cheat?

Can you enable credit cheat in solo? Because you can do that in X3 game.
Is there a cheat code you can enter some how?
I only have 80k and I'm not good at shooting other ships, I keep missing them.
It would make it easier and more fun if there was credit cheat because its really really hard for me to make alot of credits.

There are no cheats since what you have and use in solo play is the same as when you do open play. If you miss other ships, try gimballed weapons or turrets. For gaining credits, there are other topics in this forum about it and guides on steam and the internet. Also check out the Elite wikia.

Solo is still in the same persistant universe as everyone else so cheating is and never will be a legitimate option.

Practice makes perfect. Or you could try your hand at a career that doesn't rely on shooting other ships. Like trading, mining or exploration.

What does gimballed weapon do?

Like I said i cant shoot the ship and the ship always destroys me. I tried mining and its so slow to pick up the rocks. The rocks I find is Gallite and bauxite. Hard to find silver. So you only get about 1600 credits for Gallite.
The market is too complicated and its hard to work out what I should buy and where to sell it.

AWESOME game it''s just to hard for me to get alot of credits like you guys can do.
You guys can get 300k credits in 1 hour wish I can get that.

This game takes time. I can make 6-8 million in an hour easily, but to get to the point where I am it took me quite some time. Just give the game time and some effort and you'll get there eventually.

Gimbled weapons track the target in their arc. They are cheap.

Thanks LupisVolk. I tried the gimballed that helps with shooting. It makes it easier to shoot the ship.
Do you have to get a mission to go into the Conflict zones?
Because I killed a ship but didn't get any credits for it.

You must choose a side/faction to fight for when in a conflict zone.

you need to select a side. that's on the right UI panel and it's the first option on the last tab.
