Where / How to pay that fine?

Okay, I was docking and some other player exited and we collided precisely in the center docking area (that thing that's blue). Not sure how he got out, but I had to navigate a bit to get hold of my bearings again (newbee at the wheel here) and it took a bit longer than I wanted. because I was 'too long' (30 seconds?) in the docking entrance I got fined for 400cr.

Okay ♥♥♥♥ happens and I want to pay that fine, but I have no clue how and where. The fine was issued on the 3447 system and it should be paid to the Federation (I think) within 24h.

I have no clue where to go to pay the fine or how to pay it. Any info on the how and what would be appreciated!

Go back to the station if you're near it, or to another nearby federal station and dock. In the starport services menu, go to contacts. Select the first option, pilots federation or something like that. It will list your fines. Pay them there.

an unlawful entry infraction must be paid at that same station only

right panel, transactions, click on your fine, it will tell you where you need to pay it. you have 24 hours.

"Wanted" is not a fine, it is a bounty upon your head. You need to leave the system until the timer expires (check your transactions tab) and then you can return to that system and pay it off.

now wait till you ram-kill a ship (which can happen...like realy fast), by accident and than get a 5 day bounty...

I don`t know if i`m realy a fan of the bounty-system..

OK same issue, I'm new and have a fine. All it says is 2400 CR file in ADLE'S ARMADA. No details nothing found if I system search. No real idea where I got that fine.

The way I check for faction fines I forgot to pay is via crowd sourced sites (so not always up-to-date) by entering the faction name at https://eddb.io/station and 'Find Stations'
or search at INARA, e.g. http://inara.cz/galaxy-minorfaction/21490 (Mother Gaia)

I tried searching for mine, and my station was 200ly away. I went to it and there was no fine to pay. My fine is in "Purple Netcoms Industry"

If you have the System map you should be able to double check if that faction exists there. First tab when you open System map, I think.
