what ship are you using?
I thougt you complain about why Anacondas can be destroyed by Eagles, Vipers and so on.
The Anaconda should be shooted down if you fly also Anaconda or at least Pyton or similar ship classes and not with so low class ships as Viper, Eagle or Cobra.
They are meant to be tough opposition so of course they are going to be difficult to kill but they are far from impossible.
Wanted anacondas in bounty zones are easy meat esspecially with security forces around , solo yes they are difficult but even in a cobra I have managed to kill one for an assasination mission I was doing. Was I almost dead ... yes , did I get extremely luckly .... yes. Was in impossible ...no
Ok so you are complaining that your 140k ship can't take down a 146mil ship? That is the opposite of balance.
Well you will also need defensive modules as well if you're having problems with them. There are modules that disrupts gimballed weapons and also having a shield cell bank really helps.
1v1ing an Anaconda with more than 2 lasers is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ impossible. So, "Easy meat" is more wrong than a school shooting.
the vulture can take out anacondas while they are still at 70%. but the cobra can do the same and make them pop at 50-60%.
you do need gimballed for it though since its basically impossible to keep fixed weapons on the subsystem.
You saw a sidewinder solo kill an anacanda? If it was a video then it is obvious that the person was showing off the feat that is seldom practiced by other players. Being able to kill a python and anaconda is a feat in itself and if you're not prepared then you will die. It is very important to understand your own limits as well because it is the last thing anyone learns.
