Anacondas impossible to kill
As mentioned above. You can't dodge them, outmanouvre them, team up on them or anything because they destroy your shield in seconds. I bring them into a horde of security forces, they all ignore the anaconda. People say that the best way to kill one of these is to team up on it, but the autistic security forces whose ONLY JOB is to kill criminals simply REFUSE to help me, because Frontier doesn't want to code AI, only take it from GTA V.

I wish the idiots who "balanced" this game knew how to "balance" a game. Because this ♥♥♥♥ is impossible to do. When your police force acts more as a tourist group, you know your game is in the running for most unplayable of the year.

In essence, I'm annoyed by this game's inconsistency. I can and have killed 2 Anacondas with the help of 3 security forces, but I can't kill 1 with the help of 5. Probably because they sat on their spaceasses doing nothing while I got shot up by the equivilant of Hulk Hogan. worst ai 2015

Have you tried using a ship that is on equal grounds with the anaconda? the first fighter ships wont stand a chance due to the difference in armor and power

A viper. The only one I have access to. And those people who say it's too easy don't have to deal with my astronomical, apocalyptic level of bad luck.

ASP with 6 multi-cannons is what I use. Use your vertical thrusters and strafe. They have terrible yaw speed. Target power plant sub system, that is their weak point. I can kill them within 15~30 seconds with this tactic. It is the only worth while way to make credits with bounty hunts at the time for me.

I tried fighting them in a horde of 10 security forces. A sidewinder with a 400 bounty showed up and they all ran off to kill the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing. They never re-engaged the anaconda, who actually rammed and killed 2 of the NON-ATTACKING forces. They still did nothing.

They have so many gimballed weapons, my shield goes down in half a second. They NEVER stop chasing me with their 6 lasers either, so I can't do anything to them. Ever.

Don't think thats true.
I thougt you complain about why Anacondas can be destroyed by Eagles, Vipers and so on.

The Anaconda should be shooted down if you fly also Anaconda or at least Pyton or similar ship classes and not with so low class ships as Viper, Eagle or Cobra.

I can't afford a multi-million credit ship, which is why I'm stuck with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥-ass incapable Viper. I've seen people solokill anacondas in Sidewinders, but when I try, it has more lasers than Shadowland.

Please tell me your not trying to blow up an Anaconda in a sidewinder PLEASEEEEEEE

They are meant to be tough opposition so of course they are going to be difficult to kill but they are far from impossible.

Wanted anacondas in bounty zones are easy meat esspecially with security forces around , solo yes they are difficult but even in a cobra I have managed to kill one for an assasination mission I was doing. Was I almost dead ... yes , did I get extremely luckly .... yes. Was in impossible ...no

Ok so you are complaining that your 140k ship can't take down a 146mil ship? That is the opposite of balance.

Well you will also need defensive modules as well if you're having problems with them. There are modules that disrupts gimballed weapons and also having a shield cell bank really helps.

I'm fighting them in a Viper, with the help of 5 security ships. They all ran off to fight a 400 bounty Sidewinder, and neve came back.
1v1ing an Anaconda with more than 2 lasers is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ impossible. So, "Easy meat" is more wrong than a school shooting.
Heathy Apr 7, 2015 @ 2:37pm
hmm if you aim at the power plant once that reaches 0% it blows regardless of its hull %

the vulture can take out anacondas while they are still at 70%. but the cobra can do the same and make them pop at 50-60%.

you do need gimballed for it though since its basically impossible to keep fixed weapons on the subsystem.

You saw a sidewinder solo kill an anacanda? If it was a video then it is obvious that the person was showing off the feat that is seldom practiced by other players. Being able to kill a python and anaconda is a feat in itself and if you're not prepared then you will die. It is very important to understand your own limits as well because it is the last thing anyone learns.

I have chaff cannons. I deploy them, the gimballs are still shooting.
