How to change UI color.

Hi!

I havent seen any posts on this sofar.
But if u want to change your ui color, you can find a simple tool here:

Sadly it will reset the color after every update. I dont know if there will be a fix.
But Iv heard they will implant something in the options menu to make this simpler.

EDIT: If the UI color dont change, you can go in to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics

Open the GraphicsConfigurationOverride, post the matrix config in there.
That should solve the problem, this "fix" also keeps the ui color after updates

We had several threads about that.
And they added a configs override files where you can put the colors into without changing the actual graphics config file.

Ughhhh I have gone back to default as no configuration I try looks good. It looks nice on that web page but in game it is hidious and there is always some conflight with other colours on the radar or elsewhere in the hub.

I will wait until they bring out an in game HUD cutomisation opion, or if they don't I will stck to default, all these other options make the hud look amatuerish and messy.

if you find the right one it can be awesome. Used a blue one, wasn't able to see anything, all was blue, now this one, enemys are red

red yellow blue, if you switch, the hud, brighter in your system panel it will become even better to distinguish

Sry for late respons, I have hade the same problem after Horizon was released.
I solved this by simple editing the

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics

Open the GraphicsConfigurationOverride file, and edit it with the matrix config you want
