Selling rare goods in aquisition systems

I'm with Felician Winters, bought Soontill Relics from Ngurii, and over 200 lightyears from it (situated in the Regulus system right now) yet it's not counting. I don't understand why it's not adding to the total, does anyone know?

Not sure if it's because it's exploited, but I don't want to sell the amount i need to finish the task, does it need to be unoccupied for it to work?

Hell with this, I sold it one system over, and it failed. The mission may be bugged or not, but the lack of how these are completed is annoying as hell!

Bruh if you go to the transactions panel, go into the "sell rare goods in acquisition systems" one, then select view on map, it will automatically open your galaxy map in powerplay mode and show you which systems you can use to deliver rare goods to.
Acquisition systems are ones that no power currently controls.

I have, on multiple occassions, even bought a bundle, and nothing worked.
