Who are the wealthiest players? Is there a list? What is the upper limit on credits?

I stopped bothering at about 40 billion cash plus the carrier, 50+ ships etc. Probably worth 65-70 billion all up maybe?

Well, not who are the richest, but who have the most "points" according to Inara

Some of them are apparently loaded, although it is possible to fake the data sent to Inara.

Those ranks don't track credits at all, only your ED ranks. On top of that, inara ignores your carrier balance ... and that's where I keep all my credits.

So it shows me at 26 billion total assets, but I have 38 billion credits on my carrier as well.

CMDR Marz (inara #15) is most likely the richest one, with over 1800 Billion CR assets
Most other long time players sit on 100-500 Billion in assets + a few billion in the carrier

I and also several cmdrs. which i know from ingame don´t use Inara and some of them got 1000+kkk credits from the old good times.

If you really want to know who got the most, then you´ve got to ask Frontier support.
Maybe they tell you who got the most and/or how much he/she got.

Currently there´s no limit on money. Same with friend-/blocklist.
What i know from Frontier when i asked them longer ago:
"If there´s a limit, then no one ever reached it."


Edit: Btw. .... with "old good times" i mean, where you could earn in less than a half hour around 400+kk solo. If you knew where to go.

That´s why i always say, money doesn´t mean anything anymore.

I would imagine the limit is an unsigned int64. I doubt FD is using a large number library for the credits. Int64 would take a long time to overflow.

I thought i made that clear, that its only "points", but if you drill into the profiles, then you can see their credits.

If they have a FC, then you know there is the possibility they are squirling their credits away on the FC.
