Clipper is quite powerful.
In legacy powerplay it was my prime underminer.
642 boost speed, high turn rates, decent firepower, incredible ram damage multiplier.
The Clipper confuses me, it's a medium ship that is treated like a large ship with the internals of a small ship, or kind of, and then it's a beast in maneuverability while its large-large brother doesn't even have maneuvering thrusters!
