Update 3 changes
Just finished a tour of my system and, though I haven't done a thorough analysis, have noticed some significant changes. What changes are you seeing?
  • Most surprising is that population went from 279,600 to 43.2 million leaving me to wonder if this was a bug.
  • Massive increase in quantities of some commodities, likely due to population shift.
  • Refinery economy got swamped by extraction on HMC planet.
  • Odyssey settlements appear to be offering lower quantities of commodities.
  • Previous colony only economies now have active economies.
  • My 2nd Coriolis got an economy and a shipyard.
  • Massive increase in number of available ships in shipyards (now 33).
  • Number of strong and weak links now displayed in facility's colonization tab below facility effects.
  • Brewer Corporation now present in system with 0% influence. Is this due to their protection of construction facilities?
  • Bugs not fixed:
    • One odyssey settlement that has nothing in import or export market remained empty, so not all bugs were fixed.
    • Negative construction pt bug is still in place.

Edit: Overall, looks like a pretty good update. Naturally I now wish I had built things differently, but not everything has to be min-maxed.

I have an industrial settlement producing CMM composite despite having no extraction or refinery buildings of any sort of in the the system.
Also the Coriolis orbiting the star which had no economy at all (not even biowaste) now sells all kinds of things. Some are even useful!

The coriolis in my new primary system has hundreds of thousands of tons of steel, alum, titanium. Nice!

What changes happened to your population?
Yup, big numbers everywhere ! Millions of food cartridges lol.
Nice to see the population increase as well. It went from 74k to 27.7M here.

My main disappointment is that despite the system now finally being properly high-tech (considering the amount of structures i added to lean it that way), the Coriolis station around a gas giant still adopted an extraction economy.

Edit : wow i hadn't noticed the new 'Market links' information available in the colonisation tab of each construction. Nice.

Just to confirm pop increases in all systems i colonized. Small in comparison but i haven't build any Coriolises or p. ports yet, so they have nowhere to live.

Links work, very nice. Stron and weak both seem to function as intended.
Also, ice planets are really crap at growing food but its not impossible.
Also, also had one Outpost swamped by extraction but it still has a nice selection of Refinery comoddities.

Btw, a Military Outpost out in the boondocks linked up with a planet below so it has Military, Extraction and Refinery comoddities. TONS of them!
Finally have that large mine i wanted. :steamthumbsup:
