Maybe try some legal raids fisrt
You will have to live with the notoriety if you wish to continue playing.
Purple mission literally has a text ILLEGAL on it, though.
Lol oh it's not just with you, sometimes I wonder who TF took the time to make this game so twisted. Every little bit of it is made to make you pull your hair out
The cool down for this is overly severe. A long time ago I ran into this and was like, WTH? It is just another mechanic that the devs and some of the community thinks is awesome and don't understand how something like this could possibly be a turn off for incoming, new players.
Otherwise, you can take a taxi and go where you are wanted then surrender and pay your bounty.
Be careful however, if you have ships with legal problems they will be seized and you will have to pay the rebuy price to use them again !
Notoriety caps at 10, you can see your level on the left screen, home tab, near the bottom.
Each level takes 2 in game hours to fall off. While notorious you can. Not clear your fines and bounties at an ISF.
You can turn yourself in and pay the fee, that will not remove your notoriety.
While notorious you are still only wanted by the faction you offended. You can live normally in other parts of human space.
Feds mad at you? Hang with the alliance.
Your power contact doesn't care if you are notorious, you can still turn in bounties.
The on foot mission givers in the concourse will still offer missions and haggle.
Its a minor inconvenience after you murder people. If you don't want to have crime penalties, don't do crime.
You still have to pay the bounty you have just before dylng where you died.
I'm not 100% sure but you can try stuffs with a cheap ship so you will not lose a lot.
