You already have the links from previous posts, but I'd like to add something important. What you see in the information that you're provided there, is whether or not your power balance is fine, what your speed/range/capacity numbers are, your hull and shield values, and a handful of other things.
That alone doesn't answer the question: "is this viable?"
There's further concerns like thermal load management and hardpoint convergence that can be very important factors, and to evaluate the latter, you will have to do tests.
