Edit: From viewing just the market I'm in currently, the amount refreshed will be good for 5 or 6 refreshes (hundreds avaialable), then drop to double or even single digets for 10 to 15 cycles, then cycle back to good restock numbers. I don't know if this is due to other commanders tapping the market, or if its an integral part of the restock system.
It depends on the number of facilities in that system producing the raw materials and/or turning the raw materials into the finished goods.
It also depends on the faction state, the population, and amount of traffic.
The lack of CMM Composites and Insulating Membrane all over the bubble puts paid to the old 'there's no player driven economy' argument.
Good news is, players are building the facilities needed to make more of these goods.
I watched a YouTube video last night and it seems that experienced players are using carrier ships so they take what they need from a place in one go, which is why there are never any resources left after they refresh.
No, carriers can't even be moved right now. Everyone is loading up Cutters or T9s
Yes sorry, that was also mentioned in the video and I should have mentioned it. However the video did say when the carriers were still working they had real trouble finding CMM Composite too.
Dunno what to tell you, I'm loading up my carrier.
Loading it is fine, waiting 75 minutes to move it (or getting 'no free slots') makes it quicker to just fly loads across in a ship.
I finally finished collecting CMM Composite, which I am sure is good news to others, since there is one less person buying it right now.
I still have 47% to go but that seems tiny in comparison to just collecting CMM composite
