Game not launching fix (Missing vcomp110.dll/msvcp110.dll)

For those who get a "Missing vcomp110.dll/msvcp110.dll" error, here's the fix I found for my problem:

Step 1: If you have the game installed in Steam's standard library folder, this fix is not for you.

Step 2: If you have setup a custom folder for instaling the games (i.e. a second HDD, like me) go to the instalation directory and then find

"steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous\_CommonRedist\vcredist"

open the 2010 and 2012 folders and run and install the vcredist_x86 and vcredist_x64 you find in both folders.

Step 3: Run and enjoy the game.



Apparently, instaling the game in a different directory causes the WatchDog.exe to fail to find the Visual C++ dll files, making it impossible to run the game, but re-instaling the files found in those 2 folders solves it.

I hope this will help others who have a similar problem.
