i think thats preparation material which goes to one of the preparation targets in the powers screen.
All our faction missions are counted on the contacts screen.
"liberal Propaganda" The thought of it makes me sick..
Only thing I want to get a sol permit. After all it is the cradle of the human race.
Remember to focus on systems that are worth it, look at the potential profit of each system, investing on systems with low profit may result in brankrupcy.
*facepalms* yet you have political infighting, slavery, and a galactic loan shark.
Question is, is there any advantage to staying pledged to Winters even though I will be doing my own thing?
I'm with Senator Pretreus, I sell and buy Imperial Slaves for Palladium. I make over 3000Cr a ton per round trip. I've got about 12 trade routes I can hit in the space I'm in and I just let the credits role.
I deliver a few supplies for my faction on top of that to keep me in their good books and test myself by jumping in my Clipper and flying to the home bases of other factions and calling them all out for lulz..
If you're hopping between control zones then leave Winters and set your self to non alligned. I'm always on the lookout to take out other faction alligned players that venture in to our space to attack and gain even more brownie points.. If you're not alligned, most players will leave you alone, accept the griefers that have been in the game since day 1.
only advantage I can tell is you get more influence in her systems - and if you like her systems it's a bonus.
No Imperial Slave enters Indentured Service without their own or a legal guardians signature.

I think you'll get a Sol permit once you reach Midshipman rank.
