deliver power commodities where?

i recently started doing powerplay (Jerom Archer) and am trying to do the "transport power commodities to undermining systems" objective
i went to a starport in a stronghold system and collected the commodities, but now have no idea where to deliver them
there is no clear indication and almost anyhwere i look for similar questions the answer i get is diffrent

There's 3 different things.
Federal aid - for acquisition/unoccupied systems
Federal propaganda - for undermining
Federal packages - for reinforcing

Pick up in stronghold, deliver to target system.
You pick up and deliver using the "power contact" under contacts in Station Services.

Oh, and put your galmap in powerplay mode.

yeah i got that part
went to powerplay contacts in 3 diffrent systems but none had the option to deliver them
how do i know which systems are eligible for what?

This is a bit confusing at first,

acquisition systems are the grey ones on the powerplay map
undermining are systems possessed by another power, but where your power has a presence
reinforcing are the systems exploited by your power

For your mission you said you need to deliver to undermining systems ; so it would actually be a system claimed by another power than yours...

...unless i am myself still confused about this all :o)

I tried this and got success:

Open the map and filter the power you'r pledged to
Filter the Stronghold system near the border of a enemy power
When you click that system, in bot right of the new tab that just popped up there's a globe icon. That's strategic view. Open that up.
New circle in map screen will show up. Choose a hostile system.

You want to get it from center of the circle(stronghold) to the hostile system in that circle.

Click the objective in the list of missions.

Click the button to view on map.

Relevant systems are the only ones visible.
